He aquí la receta de un cafñe diferente, del café ruso.
INGREDIENTES
1 café
1 copita de Vodka
1/8 litro de vino tinto
1/8 litro de agua
Azúcar
PREPARACION
Se prepara un café bien cargado.
En un cazo pequeño, se caliente el agua, el vino, el azúcar y el vodka, se deja hervir un poco y se retira.
En una taza se echa el café y los licores hervidos. Remover.
Finalmente se adorna con nata.
